Super Monday Night Combat launches Turbocross mode
by Alice O'Connor, May 25, 2012 6:45am PDTSuper Monday Night Combat takes a more ponderous pace than the original Monday Night Combat, but a new mode captures a little of that olde time-y feeling. 'Turbocross' mode arrived yesterday in a new patch for the free-to-play shooter, tailored for players who want to straight-up murder dudes.
Turbocross mode gives players faster movement and more deadly damage, and the ability to rebuild turrets, but no passive improvements from levelling up. Like MNC, see. It's "for all you who want to try much faster, less strategic gameplay," Uber said.
The patch also added a flair slot for moustaches, so your characters can look truly stylish, along with more bug fixes, improvements, and the like.
Super Monday Night Combat is available for free through Steam.
