LittleBigPlanet Vita beta sign-ups open
by Steve Watts, May 09, 2012 8:00am PDTSackboy is getting ready for his next outing, and Sony has sent word that it will be soliciting feedback from yarn enthusiasts. LittleBigPlanet on the PlayStation Vita is getting a beta test "very soon," and Sony has opened sign-ups to participate and give your feedback.
Word of the impending release came from the PlayStation Blog, but it didn't mention a date. The sign-up page is a simple form that asks about previous experience with the series, whether you already own a Vita, and if you created any stages in past LBP titles. Signing up doesn't guarantee a spot, but it puts your name in the running.
This title is being handled by Double Eleven, rather than series creator Media Molecule. Sackboy has become one of Sony's most iconic mascots of late, so he's also spreading his little knit wings to other genres like kart racing.
