Now that its suit against THQ has been settled, adidas has found a new publisher for its miCoach fitness game. 505 Games is now set to publish the game for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this summer. UK developer Chromativity (formerly Lightning Fish) has taken over development duties.

It promises 18 of adidas' sponsored athletes across six sports, letting players try 400 fitness exercises. It can create a training plan, track your workout, and get coaching feedback. The core game will use the Xbox 360 Kinect and PlayStation Move, but players will also be able to access progress info through a dedicated site and mobile app.

The game was stuck in limbo during a breach of contract suit filed by adidas against THQ for failing to produce the game. When THQ faced financial trouble and layoffs in December, it told adidas it would not be able to complete the game. The companies settled in March.
