Nintendo is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Kirby franchise by releasing a compilation disc "featuring all your favorite Kirby games" for Wii. Unfortunately, the company didn't offer much more than that in the announcement, leaving fans wondering exactly what will make the cut.

This isn't the first anniversary compilation to hit the Wii. For Mario's 25th anniversary, the company issued a Wii re-release of Super Mario All-Stars.

Kirby made his debut on the Game Boy with Kirby's Dream Land in 1992 and has appeared on nearly every Nintendo platform since. The Wii has already featured two Kirby games: Epic Yarn and Return to Dream Land.

Nintendo celebrated the 20th and 25th for mario, the 25th for zelda, and the 20th for kirby. Samus gets shafted with the last big release in the franchise being a sales failure and unmitigated disaster to the metroid franchise.

They barely even did anything for either Mario or Zelda other than acknowledging them and rereleasing Super Mario All Stars for the Wii

They could of just made the VC Metroid I, II and Super free or severely discounted for a day, that would've been pretty sick.
