Theatrhythm Final Fantasy pre-orders get stylus, stickers
by Steve Watts, Apr 19, 2012 4:00pm PDTWe don't see much cross-over of video game audiences and sticker enthusiasts -- mainly because the average age of gamers is in the upper 30s and the audience for stickers is usually around 6. But Square Enix must be seeing some level of overlap, because the pre-order bonus for Theatrhythm Final Fantasy is a stylus and sticker set.
Pre-orders of the game will receive a gripped stylus with 17 stickers (above), featuring popular Final Fantasy characters, all done up in the cutesy Theatrhythm style. You can slap the stickers on the stylus to declare that you're a big fan of characters like Bartz or Squall. But considering no one is a fan of Bartz or Squall, you'll probably want to stick with the Moogle and Chocobo. It's a one-two punch of adorable.
Theatrhythm features 70 songs from across the franchise's history, with more incoming as DLC. The game is due on July 3, just in time for your annual Independence Day barbecue and cosplay contest.
