Dishonored trailer seeks dystopian revenge

Bethesda has released a lengthy story trailer for Dishonored, showing Corvo's trial, the dystopian future, and more.

Video game dystopias are a dime a dozen, but we don't always see the sheer brutality of them. A new trailer for the upcoming stealth action game Dishonored certainly doesn't shy away from it though. In four minutes of story sequences, we see a stacked legal system, flame-throwers used on civilians, and insta-death fences. Ouch.

It all revolves around Corvo, the unjustly imprisoned bodyguard who seeks revenge against the oppressors. Check out the story trailer below.

Hot. Brings back memories of Thief...but I hope you can use more sophisticated weapons besides a sword. (Yes I saw you can use magic or whatever that was).
Still. Looks awesome. As soon as I see some gameplay footage this might be a day 1 purchase for me.

I want this game to be awesome, cause Arkane Studios deserves a hit, but I don't hold my breathe for these bethesda published games anymore.

The most badass trailer I've seen in a while. Let's hope the game itself follows suit.

So is this actual gameplay footage, or just a cinematic trailer?

Mirrors edge if played without firing a single gun is one of the best game experiences i've ever had. Wasnt sigularity meant to be pants though? I never tried it....?

Why is it shack videos take two years to buffer. Yet If I look up the same video on youtube it plays with no waiting... :(
