Square Enix has finally revealed the requisite special edition for Hitman: Absolution. Sporting a $20 premium over the standard game, the "Professional Edition" includes a number of bonuses, including a hardcover art book and an exclusive "making of" documentary video. In addition, an included voucher will unlock a number of weapons, such as the Agency Jagd P22G pistol, Agency HX UMP submachine gun, and the Agency SPS 12 semi-automatic shotgun. All of this content will be packaged in a clamshell box.

Of course, in addition to the now-standard special edition, Square Enix has also partnered up with various retailers to offer pre-order exclusives.

Amazon pre-orders will include the Bartoli Custom Pistol. Best Buy will offer the Bronson 1928M SMG. GameStop will offer the Agency Kazo TRG sniper rifle. Finally, Walmart will offer the Krugermeier 2-2 Pistol.

I want a 47 suitcase... not a clamshell box. I like how the advert has the case with guns opened, and then digital content written on the inside of the lid. It's like, aaawww, I wanted real guns.

It's funny, since if you play the game right, you won't really need any the guns.
