Political Machine 2012 hits campaign trail
by John Keefer, Apr 03, 2012 5:15pm PDTWith the candidates hitting the campaign trail for November's elections, its only appropriate that Stardock updates its politics game with new candidates and debatable issues in Political Machine 2012. Can you make it to the White House?
Players can choose the candidate they want to be, from Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich or Brarack Obama. If none of those are up to your standards, you can even create a character from scratch. The computer's artificial intelligence will challenge the player on the campaign, with the goal to win over as many voters across the country as possible.
To reflect the 2012 political climate, Stardock has modified the political topics to include the war in Afghanistan, the economy, Obamacare, gay rights and other hotbeds of discussion.
The game will be available for download this summer through most digital distributors for $9.99.
