I Am Alive coming to PS3 on April 4

After a brief stint of exclusivity on Xbox Live Arcade, Ubisoft has announced that I Am Alive will be available on PS3 on April 4th. The $15 downloadable follows the story of an "everyman" searching for his wife and daughter after a horrific "Event" destroys his hometown. Ubisoft promised true "survival" gameplay, where players must keep an eye on their stamina and resources.

The long-in-development game received mixed reviews on Xbox, with many reviewers commenting that the game simply couldn't deliver on its lofty promises.

    watched the quicklook, seemed interesting. for $15, I'll give it a go.

    I have it on Xbox live. Haven't beat it yet, but it's mildly repetitive. Lots of climbing and trying to find the next place to go without running out of stamina. Then you'll run into a group of bad guys with the impression there's more than one way to dispatch them (but there isn't). The checkpoints are ridiculously far apart if you plan on just playing in short sessions
