The 2012 Xbox Live Arcade House Party will kick off on February 15, Microsoft has announced. The four-game series of hand-picked Arcade gems was outed yesterday with the quiet release of a trailer.

The line-up includes Alan Wake's American Nightmare, I Am Alive, Nexuiz, and Warp -- though not necessarily in that order.

Major Nelson confirmed the start date, but didn't give individual dates for each of the games. The prices are still mostly unannounced too, though we know that Nexuiz will be ten bucks.

Though promotional offers for buying all a full set of games is usually reserved for the Summer of Arcade, Hryb didn't rule one out for the House Party. Responding to a question, he said he doesn't know yet if they'll be offering a freebie with the games, so the possibility still exists for now.
