Rise of Nightmares demo released
by Alice O'Connor, Jan 03, 2012 11:15am PSTIf you came into possession of Kinect during the holiday season, you may well be looking for more games to lean and wave in, especially games for growed-ups wot got blood and guts and stuff. You'll certainly find innards in Sega's Rise of Nightmares, which received a demo today.
In the demo, Sega says, you'll get to "survive one hellish night as you fight against terrifying enemies using the hands-free controls of Microsoft Kinect." Spooky!
Xbox Live Gold members can download the 334MB demo now from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Silver members, you'll need to wait a bit.
If you can't be bothered to try the demo yourself, you may as well derive some amusement from this trailer, which makes Sega's camp scare 'em up seem more exciting than it is:
Nintendo kicks off 'Crowdfarter' promo for Game & Wario
Narco Terror announced from Deep Silver
Call of Duty: Ghosts teaser gives tenuous look at next-gen COD
