2011 Spike VGA winners recap

With the help of a couple pauses on the recorder, I put together this quick recap of all the winners, many of which only received a brief mention. plus, not all those bugs are verified, and it's impossible to tell how common they are. it could be as little as one or two people that are having the problem, out of the tons and tons of people that read the wiki, which itself is a fraction of the people that play the game.
my argument has never been that the game doesn't have bugs. that is in fact the opposite of what I'm arguing.
