MechWarrior: Tactical Command coming to iOS in 2012
by Xav de Matos, Dec 08, 2011 2:45pm PSTThe MechWarrior onslaught continues, with a second title set within the classic PC universe announced. MechWarrior: Tactical Command is a mobile title "designed for the iOS platform," and is expected to launch sometime in 2012.
In a press release, Singapore-based developer Personae Studios vaguely said the game "will employ touch centric game play and Real Time Tactics," promising to "bring strategic game play back into the MechWarrior franchise." Players will have "more than thirty mech options, highly detailed mission assignments, and an advanced weapons system."

MechWarrior will also return to the PC, in the 2012 free-to-play title MechWarrior Online.
