UFC on Xbox Live delayed, coming December 20
by Andrew Yoon, Dec 01, 2011 6:30am PSTHope you weren't planning on watching tonight's UFC fight on Xbox Live. Microsoft has announced a last-minute delay for the UFC app on Xbox 360. Originally scheduled to coincide with UFC 140, the app was supposed to arrive today. Instead, it will be available on December 20th, in time for the next pay-per-view fight.
Key features of the UFC app on Xbox 360 is the ability to watch events, both live and on-demand, with an interactive fight card, and fight predictions (with leaderboards). Of course, all of this can be controlled with Kinect.
To watch the fights, you'll need both an Xbox Live Gold membership, and pay the corresponding PPV fee. Thankfully, you'll be able to use real money, instead of Microsoft Points for the transactions.
