The characters of Assassin's Creed are able to do more than leap across buildings and jump through time. They can travel from series to series, as well. Square Enix has announced that it will be offering an Ezio Auditore costume for Noel, Final Fantasy XIII-2's male protagonist.

No price or release info has been announced yet, but this is just the latest collaboration that Ubisoft has been working on.

Next year, Ezio will also make an appearance in Soulcalibur 5.

Previously, Ubisoft collaborated with Hideo Kojima on a number of Assassin's Creed tie-ins for Metal Gear Solid 4.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be available on January 31.

Don't buy it, it no longer effects you. I don't see the problem.

We should be allowed to grieve for the loss of a great dev.

I can see it work with a game like Soul Caliber because Ezio is a full on character with moves (and is involved in the game) but like the MGS4 collaboration, i think this will cheapen the product. A "costume" for the sake of appearance is cheezy imo. Now if they added it as a set of armour or a weapon(s) with stats that you can obtain, it might work.
