Sly Collection coming to PSN on November 29
by Steve Watts, Nov 16, 2011 12:45pm PSTMaybe you really wanted to play The Sly Collection, but you have a crippling fear of game discs. Good news! The adventures of the furry thief and his wacky animal friends is coming to PlayStation Network as a set of downloadable games, which can be bought individually if you don't want them all.
The announcement comes from the comments section of a PlayStation Blog post (via Joystiq) on the upcoming Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. The set will hit on November 29 for $29.99, or $9.99 individually. Plus they'll each support Trophies, 3D, and 60 FPS like the disc-based version.
The collection includes Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, Sly 2: Band of Thieves, and Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves. Of course, if you already know you want all three games, buying the disc is generally a cheaper alternative. Retailers like Amazon and Wal-Mart have dropped the price to around $20.
