Battlefield 3 'Back to Karkand' DLC screens
by Xav de Matos, Oct 28, 2011 7:15pm PDTPre-ordering Battlefield 3 netted gamers access to a new set of maps and gear, dubbed the "Back to Karkand" expansion.
EA has sent over a handful of screens for the new battle arenas, featuring the good looks and massive destruction offered by the Frostbite 2 engine. The expansion includes four Battlefield 2 maps: Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Oman, Sharqi Peninsula, and Wake Island, along with BF2 weapons and vehicles.
Battlefield 3 is available now on the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. Our review is still being developed, but you can read our first impressions of the single-player campaign in our latest edition of 'Field Report.'
