Techland developing ATV racer for XBLA, PSN
by Xav de Matos, Oct 27, 2011 3:00pm PDTNail'd developer Techland has revealed a new racing title currently in development and aptly codenamed "Project Haste," and set for release on the Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.
"Project Haste" will be published by Ubisoft and focus on the wild world of ATV racing--one of the world's top ten favored styles of racing.
According to information scored by Joystiq, the Ubi-published title will feature "fast-paced racing, aerial tricks, extensive vehicle customization options and a competitive multiplayer experience." Sounds like it checks all of the boxes required to qualify as a racing title (and it also sounds a lot like Nail'd).
"Project Haste" is scheduled for release in the 2012 "calendar year." We suspect we'll learn the game's final title before then, but "Project Haste" is starting to grow on us.
