Sonic Generations coming to PC

Go hug your Shadow the Hedgehog plushie with pride! Second, good news! You'll be able to play the next blue furry adventure on your personal computer gaming box, as Sonic Generations is coming to your platform of choice.
Destructoid notes that both Direct2Drive and Green Man Gaming have put up pre-order pages for the game. The two retailers agree on an MSRP of $29.99, and GMG gives purported specs for the game.

Microsoft Windows 7/Vista/XP Intel Pentium Dual-Core T4200 (2x2.0GHz) or AMD equivalent 2GB RAM (Windows 7/XP)/3GB RAM (Windows Vista) NVIDIA GeForce 8800 / ATI Radeon HD 2900 11 GB free hard drive space

Update: Sega has confirmed the PC port, which will include Steamworks features, and will be available on the same day as its console counterparts.
Sonic Generations for PC digital includes Steamworks features such as Steam Cloud, which allows save files to be stored on Steam’s servers so you can resume your game progress from any PC. As with the other console platforms, Sonic Generations will be available to play in full stereoscopic 3D and will contain Achievements and online leaderboards. The PC version will also support resolutions up to 1080p.
