Trine 2's 'Unlimited Mode' lets you play as any character
by Andrew Yoon, Oct 10, 2011 3:30pm PDTThe original Trine was a terrific platformer that relied upon the cooperative balance of the three main characters: the Knight, the Thief, and the Mage.
Well, screw balance. If you want to be the Knight and your co-op buddy wants to be one too, don't worry. Trine 2's newly announced "Unlimited Mode" lets you play as any character you want. If you want a team of three Mages, feel free. Want everyone to swing around as a Thief? No problem.
The video also features a short shout-out to the Humble Bundle. The original Trine can be acquired in the charity-promoting pay-what-you-wish collection. To read more about the collection, check out our previous stories.
