A new trailer for Serious Sam 3: BFE points players to a non-existent feature: the Serious Helpline. Watch as "Rich Knuckles" fields questions from a variety of consumers, including a few unaware that Serious Sam doesn't need to face-off against simple foes like "Nazi Zombies."

Serious Sam 3: BFE launches for the PC on October 18. The game is also expected to launch on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Two previous "helpline" trailers have been released over the last few weeks. Check them out on the Serious Sam 3: BFE gamepage.

Almost as bad / annoying as Ubisoft's "Mr. Caffeine."

Game looks like some good old school Quake 2 fun... though I'll probably be too busy with BF3 for the next couple years to notice. Sorry.

So you don't like the ad because you're the exact type of person it's making fun of?
