Serious Sam 3 helpline solves problems

Watch as "Rich Knuckles" fields questions from a variety of consumers, including a few unaware that Serious Sam doesn't need to face-off against simple foes like "Nazi Zombies."
Serious Sam 3: BFE launches for the PC on October 18. The game is also expected to launch on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
