Dead or Alive 5 coming to PS3, Xbox 360 in 2012
by Andrew Yoon, Sep 14, 2011 7:30am PDTTeam Ninja is showing no signs of slowing down. Ever since shipping Dead or Alive 4, the team has been thinking about how to "evolve the game," Team Ninja's Yosuke Hayashi told journalists at Tokyo Game Show. The concept is no longer to be just a fighting game, Hayashi explained. The goal for Dead or Alive 5 is to be "fighting entertainment."
Key to that vision is the introduction of even larger, more dynamic environments.
As you can see in the video above, there's a lot happening in the background. Does this feel like "fighting entertainment" to you? Dead or Alive 5 will be available on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 next year.
