Unreal Patch?

Yes it certainly is trendy to slag off Unreal, ironic really that most of the magazines / sites that enjoyed years of claiming that Jedi Knight / Sin / DK / Corridor 7 were far superior in every respect are the SAME ones who now choose UT over Q3. And suprise,suprise the changes to UT are largely tweaks and cosmetic adjustments, it's not THAT different.
Oh and I already have the 226a patch, it was released literally months ago. And NO I'm NOT talking about 225, I'm talking about the A3D enabled 226a patch.
Basically Unreal changed the graphic landscape forever and had everyone the world over gasping, can ANYONE name ANY game which can claim to make Unreal look like Quake 2 did in comparison? It's been out for YEARS yet most games today come out looking 5 years older than it. So it isn't Half-Life, but let's face it we NEEDED some competition for iD in the engine development department. Actually thinking about it Half-Life looks pretty crap next to Unreal as well.

Who paid money for Unreal. Thaty turd was bundled with every piece of hardware I bought. I got like 4 or 5 copies of it.
