A fact sheet, reportedly released by EA, for Battlefield 3 has found its way online with details on the game's entire arsenal of weapons and a short description of the game's co-op modes.

According to the scanned pages, Battlefield 3 features over 50 weapons and a bucket full of weapon modifications for customization. The weapon accessories include standards like options and underslung weaponry, as well as options like the machine gun bipod that turns the weapon into a stationary firearm with increased accuracy.

The description listed for the co-op mode calls the feature an "extensive co-op campaign," noting that it will feature "unique maps and missions for players to tackle online with a friend" as well as feature "co-op specific gameplay features." According to the list, co-op missions "tie into the single player story" of the game. Yesterday at Gamescom, EA demoed Battlefield 3's co-op mode.

Though the fact sheet does not name all maps, it notes Battlefield 3 includes nine different multiplayer areas. Presumably, this number does not include the 'Return to Karkand' maps, which will be released after the launch of the game.

Shacknews has contacted EA to confirm the legitimacy of the fact sheet and to clarify a number of its details. For more, you can check the fact sheet for yourself on Battlefield3Gamer.com.

Battlefield 3 launched on October 25 for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.

64 player mode is conquest only, hrmm, I guess that makes sense but I would have liked to try rush craziness with that many people.

yeah that'd be really fucked to have all those people concentrated on such a small part of the map

so what happens to players when they rotate from a 64 to 32 map?

All the maps will probably be 64-person capable, with Rush limiting the area you can be in like in the Bad Company series.

Nope and nope. Rush is 32 player only in BF3. They didn't attempt to try something new or change it for 64 players at all. So half the game is going to be exactly like BC2.

I don't think that is what I mean. The maps could be all made for 64-player conquest, with areas made to be sectioned of for Rush mode games. I just don't see them making each map for only 1 mode.

Not possible afaik. Someone said a few days ago servers won't be able to be mixed mode.

thank god. I'd like to actually get a conquest game. sticking rush on everything would turn this into Bad Company 3.

Every map is playable in all modes (including Rush and Conquest 64), but if Caspian Border is any indication, it looks like they may have designed some of the maps for Conquest first, and then wrapped the linear Rush gameplay around it.

If the rules are the same as BC2, the server admin can turn that on or off.

Actually you couldn't change much in the BC2 servers. It was either HC with no killcam or no HC with killcam.

We could change a lot of options including Kill Cam. My shackserver had Killcam turned off in regular (non-HC mode).

I never found 1 server where kill cam was off in non-hc server. Even though it is an option admins just use defaults. Like 3D spotting everyone complains about it but server owners don't turn it off.

I could be wrong, but I think as soon as you make any of those changes, the server becomes listed as hc, regardless of whether the damage is modified like normal hc servers. If you look at the server browser, it seems to allow multiple 'levels' of hc: non-hc, partial hc, and full hc.
