Uncharted 3 trailer sets up a plane crash

This two minute video of Uncharted 3 gives us a glimpse as to how Nathan Drake ends up trapped in the desert, amongst the fiery wreckage of a downed plane.

We have a winning strategy for Sony this holiday season. They've already dropped the price of the PlayStation 3 hardware by $50. Why not create a new hardware bundle, one that includes Uncharted 3, and sell it for $299? This new trailer released for Gamescom reminds us exactly why we're so enthused about Naughty Dog's upcoming adventure. This two minute video gives us a glimpse as to how Nathan Drake ends up trapped in the desert, amongst the fiery wreckage of a downed plane.

I never played Uncharted 1 & 2, and it looks like I am wanna do a marathon run through those two possibly the week before the 3rd comes out. Can anyone tell me how long the first and second games take to play through?

God damn, you are in for a treat. The first one stumbles just a bit toward the end, but the second one is nothing but gaming perfection.

These are rough estimates based on memory, but I think the first took around 8-10 hours and the second took around 8 or 9. It can especially zip by due to having no loading screens and really good pacing.

i'd say 8-9h for the first, 9-10h for the second...first one bogs down a bit in combat, but still looks gorgeous today and has a fun story...second one is pretty much perfect...enjoy!
