The $15, downloadable title is scheduled to launch in winter 2012 for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. Before that, however, the game will get a closed beta, which fake superheroes and/or villains can sign up for now.

Funnily, NOLF and NOLF2 were 2 games I absolutely LOVED in deathmatch. Looking forward to a new monolith MP game.

I wish they would do another NOLF game. If anything, I think the market would be more accepting now of a game like that than it was back then. Back then, it was kind of a groundbreaker.

This looks great. The fact that beta is starting this October and release isn't until 2012 is a great sign. Gives me a feeling that they are very confident that this game has legs.
