Rage trailer explores the shooter's sound and art
by Xav de Matos, Aug 12, 2011 12:30am PDTThough Rage isn't scheduled to arrive until October, developer id Software is doing a good job of keeping the game in the spotlight. Today, a new trailer for the game has been released, this time going "behind-the-scenes" to explore the game's sound and art design.
"Sound really is half of your experience," Rage audio director Christian Antkow says. To capture the right quality, id is working to ensure each weapon offers the correct "pop" to go along with its wasteland environment.
Rage launches on October 4 for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
