Attention gaming fans with tickets to the PAX Prime 2011, get your pocket calendars ready. This past Friday, the team that manages the Penny Arcade Expo released the schedule of panels and other activities taking place during the upcoming Seattle-based convention.

Included in the mix for PAX events is a live episode of Weekend Confirmed, the official podcast of Shacknews, featuring Garnett Lee, Jeff Cannata, Xav de Matos and a number of special guests. Also on tap is a Totally Rad Show panel with Shacknews friends Jeff Cannata, Dan Trachtenberg, and Alex Albrecht.

For the complete schedule, check the official PAX Prime website.

Xav de Matos was previously a games journalist creating content at Shacknews.

Well on the one hand you have Brad, who if videogames are any indication of his ability to fight, does not exactly instil fear (see http://www.giantbomb.com/profile/mustard/brad-quick-look-start-to-death-time/46-14188/ )
On the other hand you have Jeff "I'm a hippie who just loves loving stuff" Cannata.

          Tough call.

In Brad's defense, I've seen him beat Deadly Premonition, which sure means something, and I've never actually seen Jeff beat any game.

How many times does it need to be said? You can't judge a person's abilities by their performance in those quick looks. Trying to talk while playing the game beyond meaningless reactions is very hard to do.

Haha Shacknews was too lazy to even submit a description of what Weekend Confirmed is.

        Hilarious!

We haven't confirmed all guests, that's why it's like that.

I dunno man it's still pretty amateur to leave it completely blank like that. Today is when the most number of eyes are going to be on the schedule, and a lot of people are going to be using the info available today to plan out what panels they want to attend.

Even if you didn't know who was going to be there, explaining anything about what "Weekend Confirmed" is would have been a good idea!

But what would you complain about if we added it?

I think you should probably resort to calling him a frontpager to sort this out.

It wouldn't be half as bad if any other panel had theirs blank. Having only one panel blank is a bit odd.

I agree. A quick description with he hosts would look better and more informative.
