Grasshopper's Sine Mora landing in winter
by Alice O'Connor, Aug 03, 2011 8:15am PDTAt long last, we've finally heard a little more about No More Heroes developer Grasshopper Manufacture's Sine Mora, which it's co-developing with Digital Reality. The "dieselpunk" scrolling shooter's first trailer has been released, giving a peek at its style, and revealing a winter launch.
There's no sign of the "unique time manipulation mechanics" that were promised when the Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network game was announced in August 2010, but today's trailer is more of a tease than a full reveal.
Last August, Grasshopper and Digital Reality said Sine Mora would be the first fruit of a "partnership" they'd formed to co-develop "a range of games." More information was expected "in the coming months" but it's been a year now and we still haven't heard a peep.
Without much further ado, here's Sine Mora:

No More Heroes dev Grasshopper's Sine Mora is slated to launch this winter, its first trailer reveals. There's no gameplay, but the game co-developed with Digital Reality certainly is pretty.
