THQ announced today that it will hit PSN in North America next Tuesday, August 2, for $9.99.
The game takes liberal notes from the dual-stick shooter genre, with some light action-RPG elements and 2-player co-op mixed in for good measure. It ties into the upcoming Space Marine by unlocking a Power Sword.
Unfortunately, we already know how the story ends for the Kill Team team, Digital Warrington. Just after the game was released on the Xbox 360 earlier this month, THQ officially closed the studio. The closure had been announced a month earlier, but the UK requires a 30-day warning period.
