Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 DLC planned
by Steve Watts, Jul 27, 2011 10:30am PDTThough this is probably shocking to absolutely no one, Capcom is planning downloadable content for the newly announced Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. Siliconera reports that the latest edition of the Japanese magazine Famitsu promises the ability to purchase costumes and modes from the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace.
One mode disclosed from the magazine is Unlimited Hyper Combo Mode, sure to make the flashy fighting game even more seizure-inducing. Pricing is unannounced, but is it too much to hope for "free"?
Costume sales are a familiar mainstay of the company's Street Fighter IV games. Conspicuously absent from the Famitsu report, though, are downloadable characters. If one of your favorites was missing from the full leaked roster, you might just have to wait until Capcom releases Super Ultimate Deluxe Marvel vs Capcom 3.
