Rock of Ages rolling out in August
by Alice O'Connor, Jun 13, 2011 8:00am PDTZeno Clash developer ACE Team's intriguing and gorgeous boulder-rolling game Rock of Ages is slated to launch on August 31, Joystiq reports. It'll hit PC, Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.
Wrapped up in a lovely art style inspired by a variety of different artistic eras and movements, Rock of Ages is a competitive castle-smashing game. Players arrange defences along the route between the enemy's fortress and their own, hoping to stave off or slow down a colossal moon-faced boulder the other player's about to send their way. You take turns controlling your boulder, directing it to avoid the enemy's forces, bash down their gate, and generally cause havoc. Sounds lovely, no?
Publisher Atlus told Joystiq that it expects Rock of Ages to cost between $10 and $15.
