Kinect Sports: Season Two announced
by Alice O'Connor, Jun 06, 2011 10:57am PDTA follow-up to Rare's exercise substitute Kinect Sports has been announced at Microsoft's E3 2011 press conference, creatively named Kinect Sports: Season Two.
Season Two will bring six new sports to the world of virtual sports--skiing Baseball, skiing, golf, darts, tennis, and (American) football. It'll also add voice control, for things such as changing clubs in golf, and new Kinect gestures. The official announcement teases that you'll get to "[call] an audible in American football using in-game voice commands," or crouch down "to get a detailed read of the green in golf."
Kinect Sports: Season Two is due to be released for Xbox 360 Kinect this holiday season. Development is handled by Rare and Big Park Games, with Microsoft publishing.

I guess with Rare's staff being cut they needed another studio to work on it too.
