Brink stat tracking now available for Xbox 360, PS3 users
by Xav de Matos, Jun 02, 2011 12:30am PDT"Wow, you've been busy!" the Bethesda Blog exclaimed today, revealing the official site for the Splash Damage-developed shooter, Brink, has been updated to include stat tracking. According to the blog, more than "a million matches" have been completed, over "10 billion XP points" have been earned, and "more than 80 years" of playtime have been recorded since the game launched on the PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 on May 10.
Beginning today players will be able to track their personal progress "and much more" on a new website dedicated to Brink stats. BrinkTheGame.com now features "in-depth player states, match summaries, and "Battle for the Ark" meta-game details.
The stats are currently only available for console players. Information on PC stat tracking is apparently "coming soon."
Bethesda also teases more features for the site, including an update "planned for this summer" that will "help with setting up tournaments and clan recruitment."
Brink has had a rough time going since it first launched. After a number of patches, a community appears to be growing. For our impressions, make sure to check out the Shacknews review for Brink.
