Steam announces new 'Daily Deals' promo
by Xav de Matos, May 16, 2011 2:30pm PDTSteam has announced a new promotion, offering a new deal on a game every day. Aptly dubbed "Daily Deals", the promotion begins today with 75% off the Codemasters-developed shooter Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising.
According to the announcement release, Steam will offer "a new 24-hour deal, every single day." Each promotion will run from 10am (Pacific) to 10am (Pacific) the next morning.
Though the current deal will be promoted at the top of Steam's homepage each day, Valve will also announce the deals via Facebook and Twitter.
