A new trailer for Dungeon Siege 3 from developer Obsidian Entertainment has been released, featuring a glimpse at co-op gameplay.

A new trailer for Dungeon Siege 3 has been released featuring some enthusiastic voice-over work and co-op gameplay. Detailing the story for the third game in the franchise, the trailer highlights the lore behind the four characters previously featured in videos released by publisher Square Enix.

Dungeon Siege 3 is in development at Obsidian Entertainment and will launch on June 21 for the PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.

      Given Obsidian's reputation for shipping with bugs, and their recent layoffs, I'm a little concerned about the quality and support of this game. I might wait for reviews or rent the 360 version.

        I don't see anything there that makes me think it's going to be anything special.

          Its going to be special..... but in a bad way, because of the fail coop system that only gives exp to the host, and the ones that join doesn't receive any.

            Don't you automatically join at their level though? That kinda makes sense, as it allows you to play with your friend while not fucking up your own progression.

              I don't want my own progression. Thats the bloody point of co-op.
