Metro 2033 sequel dubbed 'Metro: Last Light'
by Xav de Matos, May 03, 2011 11:00pm PDTTHQ CEO Brian Farrell has confirmed that Metro: Last Light will be the title of the upcoming sequel to the 4A Games-developed shooter Metro 2033. The announcement was made during a THQ investor conference call.
According to Joystiq, THQ had recently registered the domain names "Metro2033LastLight.com," "MetroLastLight.com," and "LastLightGame.com."
Based on the novel by Dmitry Glukhovsky of the same name, Metro 2033 released in March 2010 for the PC and Xbox 360. Word of a sequel came quick, with some previous mentions of the franchise's continuation referring to the second game as Metro 2034.

The only thing I disliked was that a shotgun to the face was insufficient to kill a lot of the enemies. Maybe they only had birdshot?
