Once again, Microsoft has outlined its next fortnight of Xbox Live Marketplace content. As previously reported, the Gears of War 3 beta begins April 18 for Bulletstorm purchasers, April 25 for everyone else, and ends on May 15.

If you're looking for a bargain, the company is holding a Microsoft Game Studios sale, which includes discounts all this week on downloadable content Halo: Reach, Halo 3, Gears of War 2, Forza 3, Crackdown 2, and Alan Wake.

XBLA games like Toy Soldiers and Perfect Dark, and more are also on sale this week. On Friday only, Limbo, Castle Crashers, Shadow Complex, Trials HD, and Monday Night Combat will be discounted to $7.50 (600 MSP). Next week, various Sega games like Sonic 4 and Crazy Taxi will be discounted.

As the separate Deal of the Week promotion, this week various Capcom games like Mega Man 10 and Bionic Commando Rearmed are 50% off. Next week's Deals are spring-themed, with adorable games like Plants vs Zombies and ilomilo getting discounts.

Whew.

This week's XBLA release is Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes, while next week will bring Section 8 Prejudice and the hilariously juxtaposed Fancy Pants.

Finally, Sega All-Stars Racing and Toy Story 3 are this week's Games On Demand. Next week will bring Fallout: New Vegas, Mafia 2, and Lost Planet 2.

I bought an XBox this past weekend, and on Monday bought Castle Crashers and Shadow Complex for 1200pts each. Then, yesterday, this was announced.

Yeah, I'm not upset at all, I just think it's funny. Coming from the PC platform and Steam, I know not to buy stuff until it goes on sale. Normally I'm the one laughing at the people who buy stuff on Steam, only to see it go on sale the next day. Move to consoles without a good idea of the sale cycles and BAMM!.

The good news is I was going to buy PvsZ in the next day or two, then found out about the sale next week. Score!
