MTV Networks has announced the formation of a new studio called 345 Games, which will be tasked with developing games based on intellectual properties from both Comedy Central and Spike TV.

The studio's first two planned titles, Deadliest Warrior: Legends and Ugly Americans: Apocalypsegeddon, will both be offered as downloadables on Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network for $10 each.

As one would expect, Deadliest Warrior: Legends, based on Spike TV's hit series, is a sequel (of sorts) to the multi-platform downloadable Deadliest Warrior: The Game. It will feature "new heroic warriors, new fighting options, a more precise projectile system, more arenas and a new campaign mode."

Ugly Americans: Apocalypsegeddon, based on Comedy Central's animated series Ugly Americans (see top-image), is a side-scrolling, cooperative shooter for up to for players. The game's original script is being crafted by the show's writers and creators, and the show's actors are contributing their vocal talents - though a new character will be introduced, as well. According to the announcement, "players will hit the streets to clean up the chaos and prevent the impending apocalypse by resolving case files and fighting otherworldly citizens."

Neither game has a release date, at this time.

Behold , their newest entry to the gaming industry , these people will see the wrath of the gaming community , and we're not sheep here, to listen to this religious and mind control crap. It's obvious what these games are going to be about , and it's obvious that they will be cheap games targeted for mass public.
