Rock Band 3 drops to $20
by Xav de Matos, Apr 06, 2011 9:45am PDTRockers on a budget will be happy to learn that the price of Rock Band 3 has been reduced to $20. Harmonix made the announcement yesterday, revealing the cut will hit the lone disc edition of the game on the Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii.
The new price has already hit stores in North America, including the online shops for GameStop, Amazon, and Best Buy.
Though the game is a solid simulation of the rock star life, by no means should you trash any room you're staying in. Your mom would be so disappointed in your behavior.
In December 2010, Harmonix became an independent company after financial losses led former parent company Viacom to sell the developer. Former Harmonix shareholders, including the studio's founders, are currently suing Viacom over an undisclosed amount of bonuses that had apparently never been paid out.
