Sonic 2, Dungeon Hunter discount coming to PlayStation Plus

Sony has once again teased some of the upcoming free and discounted content coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers in the next few weeks. Next week, Plus users get a free copy of Duael Invaders minis, and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (as promised). Stardrone and Hamsterball will also be discounted, and Plus users get their new issue of Qore.

Then on April 12, Plus members can treat themselves to a full game trial of Assassin's Creed. Dungeon Hunter is getting a discount to the somewhat bizarre price of $9.74. If you need to spruce up your backgrounds, Plus members can get a couple of free themes, or buy Marvel vs Capcom 3 avatars reserved exclusively for Plus members.

The blog also gave a little reminder of expiring deals. Sonic the Hedgehog, the SOCOM beta, Qore episode 34, and discounts on Wakeboarding HD, Swarm, Mini Squadron, and Mega Man 3 will all expire on April 5. Then on April 12, you'll no longer be able to snag the Dragon Girl theme or the discount on Boom Beats.
