It's a rough week to be a fan of Nintendo downloadable titles. No Virtual Console titles, and half of this week's crop are just demos of games that have already been on the service for almost a year. Of the games that are new, one of them is Solitaire. We've officially entered the wasteland. Watch for tumbleweeds.
Maybe we're selling Nintendo short. Maybe this is a brilliant bit of marketing slight-of-hand to make the launch line-up of the 3DS seem amazing by comparison. If so, mission accomplished, Nintendo.
