MotorStorm Apocalypse delayed indefinitely in North America

Sony confirmed today that MotorStorm Apocalypse has been delayed indefinitely in North America due to the recent Japanese earthquake.

Though not entirely surprising after similar delays were announced in Japan and Europe, Sony confirmed today that MotorStorm Apocalypse has been delayed indefinitely in North America due to the earthquake in Japan. It was set to come out April 12.

It's unclear if the delay is due to supply issues, but some early reviews have already hit. Sony could be making the decision to push the game due to sensitivity reasons; after all, it is about an earthquake that makes the California Bay Area into a wasteland. We'll keep an eye out for a new release date.

I don't even care that much about the Motorstorm series, but I want to find the executive who made this decision and smash his head in with a rock for being a pansy.

Managed to snag a copy down here - the game itself is pretty fun but the servers aren't up to play on right now since it isn't technically out :/

As much as I enjoyed the earlier Motorstorm games, the new one just doesn't look terribly appealing compared to Split/Second :(

Well either they had a knee jerk reaction to all the shit going on with mother nature, or the game was looking shitty.
      I think it was both.
Cause the game footage was putting me to sleep.

I'm amazed on how people care more about a videogame being on their store shelves more than the safety and well being of another country....
