Darkspore delayed until April 26; open beta inbound
by Xav de Matos, Mar 18, 2011 1:15pm PDTEA has announced that Darkspore will take a little longer than expected to fully evolve into a retail-ready experience. According to a post on the game's official forum, Darkspore has been delayed until April 26 in North America (and April 28 in Europe).
The game had previously been slated to land on the top of the food chain on March 29.
The forum post also revealed that an open beta for the upcoming Spore spin-off will arrive "for everyone" sometime in April. Late last year, EA began accepting users for a closed beta of Darkspore.
