Ocarina of Time 3DS includes Master Quest
by Alice O'Connor, Mar 07, 2011 8:30am PSTThe revamped The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D for Nintendo 3DS will also include the game's Master Quest version, Conservative New Media reports (via GoNintendo).
"This also comes with not only The Legend of Zelda but also comes with the Master Quest, so it's like two games in one," explained David Young, Nintendo of America associate PR Manager.
Master Quest rearranges and revamps Ocarina of Time to be more difficult. It was originally conceived as an expansion for Ocarina of Time through the N64's 64DD but, of course, that peripheral flopped. Master Quest ended up being released on GameCube together with The Ocarina of Time on a pre-order bonus disc for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
Nintendo hopes to release The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D in June, company president Satoru Iwata revealed during GDC last week.

I'm stoked for OoT, but Majora's Mask will always stay in my mind for a lot of the reasons in that article. I remember not liking it as much because of the eerie differences from OoT, even though it was obviously a Zelda game. And, it had a horrible water dungeon. Again.
Seriously, did the Zelda team get into a fight with water around then?
