GDC: Tecmo to 'unmask' Ninja Gaiden 3 at E3 '11
by Xav de Matos, Feb 28, 2011 11:45am PSTThe party at this week's Game Developers Conference started off with a bang today with Tecmo releasing the first trailer for Ryu Hayabusa's next blood-soaked adventure.
Ninja Gaiden 3 will be the first game to be in development at Team Ninja without Tomonobu Itagaki at the helm. The game was first revealed during a private Tokyo event in mid-September 2010.
Whether or not the game will be any different than we are used to is unclear as the teaser shows nothing in the way of gameplay. Actually, the only thing it really shows is buckets of blood and brutal violence, so it's exactly what we're used to from the series.
The teaser's tagline "Unmask E3 2011" indicates the game will be fully revealed during the industry's biggest show later this year. Make no mistake, Shacknews will be there.
