Nintendo 3DS Launch Day Games Lineup Revealed
by Alice O'Connor, Feb 22, 2011 7:00am PSTNintendo today revealed the sixteen games that will be available for the Nintendo 3DS on the very day it launches in North America, March 27. The company had previously muddied the waters a bit with talk of a "launch window" lineup that actually included all titles released between the handheld's lanch and E3 in June.
Nintendo itself is publishing three of the launch day titles, each with a suggested retail price of $39.99, while the other thirteen are from third-party publishers.

The 3D-supporting Nintendo 3DS will cost $249.99 when it launches in North America on March 27. The European launch will come on March 25, with no set price due to regulations. Left to create their own prices, many European retailers are duking it out between themselves to see who can offer the biggest bargain.

It's Julian Gollop's new game! The guy who made X-Com / Ufo:Enemy Unknown!
I know I'll not be buying 3DS in a long time, because I'm pissed about it not being region free anymore like GBA and DS, but this game is clearly one of the most important and interesting games of the quite otherwise bad release lineup.

Meh. Mehmehmeh. I guess it'll be another 6 months or so before this console actually looks interesting. How can they have such a great piece of tech on their hands (safe for the battery) and such a weak line up of games to show for it?..
