Bizarre Creations Video Editor Makes Beautiful Farewell Clip
by Jeff Mattas, Feb 18, 2011 2:45pm PSTAfter weeks of unsuccessfully trying to find a buyer following Activision's decision to put developer Bizarre Creations on the chopping block, the studio that brought us the beloved Project Gotham series, Geometry Wars, and - more recently - Blur, has closed up shop for good today. (via Develop)
As a farewell send-off, Bizarre's (now former) video editor Eamon Urtone has put together a very classy video featuring soft piano music and slow-motion clips of the studio's work. If you've been a fan of the studio or its titles, it's more than a little sad-inducing.
R.I.P. Bizarre Creations. You'll be missed.

I cant believe there was no one who'd buy these guys. Valve is loaded with money, couldn't they have bought them up cheap and maybe got a Steamworks powered racer in the style of Project Gotham or something out of the deal?
These guys are too good to fold, surely there's someone out there who can make it work?
