'PlayStation Network Gamers' Choice Awards' Promise Discounts

Sony announced the PlayStation Network Gamers' Choice Awards today, offering a chance to snag discounts on whichever PSN games snag the top honors. Voting for the four categories will begin on February 22 and run through March 1, and users will cast votes by downloading free XMB themes corresponding to the games.

The winners will be revealed on March 7, and the winner of each category will be discounted during the PlayStation Store Spring Fever sale. Each winning game will be 30% off for everyone, and 50% off for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
